​​Transportation is available within a 25 mile radius for ambulatory clients who attend at least 3 days per week.

Due to limited wheelchair space, transportation service is only available to wheel chair clients who attend 5 days per week.

Private Pay Transportation Rates
• $20 round-trip for ambulatory clients
• $50 round-trip for wheel chair clients
