Lavender Meadows is centered on meeting the needs of our Seniors and individuals who are disabled who rely and need support to remain at home verses nursing home placement.
Our mission is to provide services for the geriatrics, physically and health impaired adults which makes it possible for them to remain in the community, and maintain their highest individual health status and functioning level.

We have served metro Atlanta for more than 6 years with a well-trained staff that includes a registered nurse, nursing assistant, activities personnel and others.
Most of our clients are seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
We also serve young adults with disabilities.
Managed by a Registered Nurse, our services accommodate the needs of our clients and provide a home-like setting for social interaction.
